We are seeking an experienced, growth oriented full-time National Service Manager to grow service-related revenue and support Branch and Service Managers across current and future markets. We are a fast moving and innovative company in the equipment rental industry and we are seeking motivated and experienced candidates who are geographically located near either Columbia, Missouri or within the state of Texas. This position will require some travel.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Grow service-related revenue and support Branch and Service Managers across all markets
  • • Assess, develop, and evaluate service performance metrics for the organization and branches with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts
  • • Comply with reporting requirements and provide input into ES Track in regard to strategic direction to meet the needs of assigned companies
  • • Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness all service operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • • 5+ years managing a service or maintenance department at the national level in the rental, dealership, or vehicle service industry
  • • Experience in warranty filing and claim reconciliations
  • • Strong organization planning and time management skills
  • • Proven track record developing and implementing processes to increase efficiency and financials
  • • Work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced-environment
  • • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • • Self-motivated and strong prioritization skills
  • • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • • Ability to utilize and adapt to new technologies and software
