What does the hiring process look like?
Our process is designed to get to know you and your experience while giving you a chance to learn about EquipmentShare.
Here’s what to expect:
- Initial Recruiter Conversation: A member of our recruiting team will reach out to learn more about your background and career goals.
- Hiring Manager Interview: You’ll meet with the hiring manager (or a team member) to discuss your skills and experience in more detail.
- On-Site or Virtual Interviews: Depending on the role, this may include a mix of interviews to help you get to know the team and culture.
For Branch Operations roles, you may move directly to an on-site interview after your recruiter conversation.
How long does the process take?
Timelines can vary by role, but here’s what’s typical:
- Corporate roles: about 4–6 weeks
- Branch Operations roles: about 1–2 weeks
